We arrived from Texas yesterday. Trying the last brewery of the night. We went to 300 Suns. Trying the Salted Toffee Imperial Brown Ale and my wife is going off menu with a cider Wild Cider Agave Peach. The Salted Stout is really good. The cider passed the taste test. The Sun has set on the brewery and I highly recommend it to my fellow brewers and beer lovers. The staff is good and know the beers.

Beer: accessible but tending toward the mean. Atmosphere: consistent with the local scene, clean and cool, but not geared to 20-somethings. Food: spiciest chicken fingers I've ever had, even at a 3 heat-level of 5. I like spicy food, but a menu that warns no refunds or exchanges may be trending toward untenable.

My wife and I visited 300 Suns on Saturday 10/22/22. It was later in the evening and the place was very chill. We got a seat inside but there were choices outside as well. The tables had heaters and there was a firepit. Overall, it made for a really nice place to hang out.
We ordered a couple of beers and an appetizer. We didn’t eat a full meal therefore, I can’t comment on the food but the fried green beans were excellent. Very addictive!
I had the Cap’n Long ESB and my wife had the Lazy Hazy Crazy Day-Z NEIPA. They were both good and we enjoyed our time spent at 300 Suns.
I really liked their ordering system as well. You simply place a sign in a small bucket and a server stops by your table. I found that much nicer than having to screw with some app. Well done!
The place was decorated in cool and bright manner. They had shovels on the wall that looked like hops and table tops covered in pennies. I thought that was cool! The bathrooms were clean and the place was very spacious. Parking was easy, there is a lot just outside the door. It’s a nice place to spend a bit of time enjoying a local beer. I highly recommend visiting!

Just moved to Longmont and needed to check out this place due to the high ratings. We underwhelmed and disappointed with what you get for the price. Beers were OK as I saw in several reviews. The IPAs I tried were good but not going to be my go to in Longmont. The Burger was overcooked “Well” never asked how I would like my $16 burger and the fries were processed. Certainly better value at a Smashburger or an In&Out.
I can’t say I will return.

Loved the food, Loved the drinks. Green Chillie Fries were the main attraction. Beware your servers warning on the Nashville Hot Chicken, we enjoyed it but it was slow getting through.
