Asked for my food to be cooked fresh and said it would be okay I knew it would be a 6 min wait to cook. I did not receive fresh tenders and had to go inside where the manager was rude and short with me and clearly displayed irritation at my request. Very disappointed in the whole experience.
Not sure why the lobby closes so early. I am truck driver and regularly park across the street and not always able to get here before 8. I got here at 7:50 and door was already locked. When I was walking over to McDonald’s which there Lobby closes at 7🙄, two other drivers were headed to Arby’s to eat to. Guess you guys don’t need our business since you doing so well huh!!!!!
The kid that took out order was the most friendly and respectful csr i have dealt with in a longtime. I wish i could remember his name. This location is great.
For the most part the food was good...the crinkle cut fries were either overcooked or their oil needed changed. And we did not realize the lobby closed at 8 when we walked in 10 minutes till 8pm. We realized as soon as the employee taking our order was not friendly and kept giving us the stink eye. We felt very uncomfortable and not welcomed...despite the drive-thru being open for another 2 hours so we were not keeping anyone from going home. I was in customer service for over 20 years and that is just part of the job...people coming in at close happens...employees need to remember the customers are what pay their salary.
My favorite Arby's. Always accurate order and nice people. I know when I see the "Big Guy" I know the ship is being ran tight. Thanks guys.
