Absolutely delicious and amazing bakery. Great selection, I wanted to buy everything! They have coffee and you can get pizza too. We got there at opening and there was a line. It was my first time so I'm not sure if it's always like that or it was because of Mother's Day. Either way -worth the wait to get a delicious breakfast. I love blueberries and these were perfect. The right amount of blueberries and they were sweet and ripe. Highly recommend!
I made the drive from Denver--totally worth the trip and then some. The pizza was divine, and the ginger molasses cookie is wonderful! Everyone I talked to was super kind. I absolutely look forward to visiting again so I can try more things 🤤 plus I need to come when Primative is open across the street so I can do pastries and beer 😁
I'm a pizzialo from the east coast, I make Neapolitan pizza and I've tried almost every DC and NYC institution (2amys, Roberta's, Kesté). That said this place is absolutely fantastic, the pizza quality is evident in the balance of ingredients they use in addition to the quality. The sausage is well executed and the pesto is a perfect balance of flavors on the pizza. The tomato sauce is well balanced with the acidity and "minerality", it shines through the toppings and balances the creamy mozzarella used which is fresh and blistered just the right amount. The crust leoparding and and flavor is great, you can taste the natural starter they use which is no easy feat to accomplish with Neapolitan pizza. Pepperoni quality was alright, it was great it was pork only, as a friend of mine can't have beef, but I wish it could have cupped a bit more with some more fat / oil coming out of it for more flavor. Lastly the crust is very digestible, you can smash more than half of the 16 inch pie and feel full yet light. Service here was also fantastic, everyone is very kind and helpful in answering questions and meeting dietary restriction needs!
No matter how much I order here, I leave with a broken heart - everything is SOO good! The pastries and pizza is absolutely amazing. Probably the best cheese danishes I've ever had, and the egg sandwich on brioche is a 10/10. Only downside is you can't get pizza in the late afternoon as it's always sold out, and the coffee options could be better, so we always make a separate stop for coffee.
Easily the most delicious bakery I have eaten at in Colorado. The staff wasn't super friendly, but I could look past that since the bakery items were amazing.
