They will be closed soon at this rate. My kiddo loves their chicken fingers so we go every so often to get take out for the family and the last four times we have had issues but this time was the final straw unfortunately. I run a retail shop so I get its hard to staff currently BUT this is just insane. Last time we got charged $30 over what we were supposed to and they had to correct it after we noticed (thank goodness we checked) but this time we couldn't get anyone to help us...at all. We placed a order for pickup then when we arrived waited up front for 20 minutes where it was a massive group of people not getting seated, or helped because the poor little guy up front had absolutely no idea what he was doing and no other well conditioned employee would help him even though they saw it all happening and even acknowledged it amongst themselves then would just stroll away. So, we walked to the back "carry out" area. There was a employee on the phone telling a customer how she "forgot to place their order and would now put it in so it was gonna be another thirty minutes from their pickup time" and waited while we got ignored for another ten minutes to seriously just pay for our food and take it home. After finally getting her attention (between other employees once again acknowledging how big of a mess it is up front and shrugging it off with her) she said she would check... nothing happened for another ten minutes so all we could do was leave(she didn't even go try to check). We never found anyone to help and couldn't stand around anymore. It's really sad, being short staffed is one thing, but just not caring your losing money and customers is a whole new level of bad service.
Host personal have no training. More worried about getting people set in the right area. Unprofessional. I sat down at the bar to wait and I wasn’t attended too for 20 minutes. Parking lot is empty . Wonder why. The only person that was attentive was the bartender. She was busy but still stopped to check on me. Training, training, training. I love this restaurant chain. Please try and do better.
AMAZING pizza. Gotta try the honey on the crust. We track down a Beau Jo's anytime we come into Colorado and it never disappoints. Also found out we can have their pizza shipped through Goldbelly so we'll be doing that to get our fix when we're back home in KC!
I know many establishments are struggling to hire right now. But the service here was horrible. Showed up to pickup my to go order. Waited in front of the counter for 5 minutes for a young man to say anything. He was heads down on a tablet and a computer I'm guessing for door dash or something. He goes and checks, says it'll be ready in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later another young man asks what my name was again, he goes and checks. Says it'll be 3 minutes they are waiting on the stuffed mushrooms. 10 minutes later I get my food, the pizzas are cold but the mushrooms are hot. It was 30 minutes after I was told the order would be ready. I don't blame the people at the front of the house for the delay obviously but the entire experience was pretty horrible and I won't be back to this location again.
Ordered take out for a mountain 2lb pizza and the honey cheddar bread. So the honey cheddar bread was a winner. The pizza was not seasoned, and lacked flavor. It also leaked juice out of the box (due to pineapple we presume). Overall we are unsure if we will come back to taste the flat pizzas since we thought a local chain pizza place was better than the pizza here. We will see I suppose.
