This year has been the worst for most of us, so we decided to treat ourselves for New Years. We looked all around town to find a room with a jacuzzi tub and we could only find it here. We booked sometime last week and have been looking forward to relaxing tonight in the tub. So we get here to check in and my boyfriend waits like 10 minutes for someone to come greet us. After waiting I called and he was right down. We get to our room which is very spacious and the bed is comfortable but we go to use the tub to find out the jets don’t even work. I called to ask about them not working and he said he would come check them out and still haven’t heard from him. Not the way I pictured the night going.
Mr Patel who claims to be the top manager has the absolutely worst customer service that I have ever experienced. If he is the owner then NO ONE should ever give business to this hotel. In tough economic times, we all have a choice as to where to spend our money. There are so many wonderful, local businesses to support. This is NOT one of them. He doesn’t deserve to be in business.

They didn't have the room we reserved online but made up for it by putting us in the executive wing. My little guy and big guy loved the room, plenty of space and so quiet. The hardworking night guy with the curly hair was very accommodating and so nice, I say hard working because he was there when we checked in and when we checked out and quick so fix the reservation problem. We will definitely be back.
Very friendly, courteous, and helpful staff. We arrived early for check-in, and my kids needed to log in for online learning. The gentleman behind the desk got my kids set up in the lobby to work, and had a room cleaned right away. We were able to check in 3 hours earlier than normal check-in.
