Very friendly, courteous, and helpful staff. We arrived early for check-in, and my kids needed to log in for online learning. The gentleman behind the desk got my kids set up in the lobby to work, and had a room cleaned right away. We were able to check in 3 hours earlier than normal check-in.
They didn't have the room we reserved online but made up for it by putting us in the executive wing. My little guy and big guy loved the room, plenty of space and so quiet. The hardworking night guy with the curly hair was very accommodating and so nice, I say hard working because he was there when we checked in and when we checked out and quick so fix the reservation problem. We will definitely be back.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I was evacuated with my 2 dogs out of Estes Park and the entire town left and headed down the only open highway, 36, to Longmont. It had to be overwhelming for the hotel staff as there were dozens of us checking in simultaneously and yet...they were all gracious, efficient and most importantly, kind and empathetic. The room was huge, spotlessly clean and had every amenity you could hope for. Kitchenette, couch and coffee table and two queen size beds. Flat screen TV with movie channels and excellent WiFi. They also gave a discounted rate for evacuees. Considering the financial toll COVID has taken on lodging, to give a discount was above and beyond. And I was able to have both my dogs with me! Dog friendly hotel, clean and modern with numerous amenities and a fantastic staff from front desk to housekeeping made for a great stress reliever in a time of serious anxiety. My thanks to the staff is eternal. Thank you for providing a safe and comfortable environment to so many of us.
DO NOT STAY HERE! In our experience, our room was absolutely filthy. We opted out of showering because the bathroom was so gross and seemed like it had not been cleaned in weeks. The high-touch surface light switches had visible dirty fingerprints on them. Our room reeked like stale cigarette smoke and we were kept up all night by smokers out in the courtyard. The smoke detector in the room was literally ripped out of the ceiling with it's wires hanging down. The employees we encountered were either not wearing facemasks at all or were wearing them incorrectly. We are so disappointed in our stay at this location that we will likely never stay at a Best Western again. I tried to report this experience to customer service, which ended up being a huge runaround and further waste of my time.
It was very nice cuz we booked two rooms right next to each other and it was more than we expected we all expected two beds but there was a pool out sofa bed amazing
