Classic Chick-fil-A experience, went through the drive thru. Once we got to the end they gave us our drinks but our food was not yet ready so we had to go wait in the parking lot ππ food was good though.

Fast food must have a different meaning when it comes to chick fil a at this location over 30 minutes to get sub par chicken and cold soggy fries and missing item chicken nuggets, my dogs are very disappointed and upset that they are denied their lunch. A person would get faster service at a restaurant and better food. The real issue is that the staff accepts that it is what it is. With 2 lines you would think it would be faster. Open another on the North side of town. Should have went to Popeyes or KFC

So, normally this is a VERY GOOD chain. You can tell by how busy it is at all times. On the off chance they do mess up, be warned about a manager Emily that will consistently interrupt you on the phone. I went in person today after I received the wrong order yesterday. I had to go in person today because the manager(emily) and I were past communicating. Consistently interrupting me when I was trying to explain what happened. Just because employees say, "my pleasure" doesn't always mean it's polite. I got the food replaced today and looked at it in the restaurant. I looked at the boxes to make sure what I had ordered the day before was what I actually got. Big mistake. I get home to find what appeared to be dirty chicken nuggets in a wet box. Along with a Supreme sandwich that not only looked dirty but was carefully crafted with the absolute worst vegetables. Needless to say I had to throw the replacement meal away. Now I'll just get my daughter something else for lunch. Out of lunch two days in a row. Thanks.

If you are in a hurry, donβt come here! Yes the food is great, but this is no longer fast food. It can take over 30 minutes to just get through the drive-thru line on a busy day. They were a lot faster before the remodel last year, now everything seems to take 10 times longer than it did before.

I came in this morning early, looking to get a last meal for a very special dog. I wanted a lunch item for her, and they were very kind about letting me know it'd be a bit of a wait, but didn't complain or tell me that it was an inconvenience, though I knew it would be. Thank you, thank you.
She enjoyed your pickles a lot
