I loved the service I received. I had a last minute get-together for 26 people. Dickey's went out of their way to accommodate my huge order. Everyone raved about the food. Also, it was Veteran's Day and they were honoring the Vets with a free pulled pork sandwich and thanked each one for their service. Will definitely use them again. They deserve more than 5 stars, in my opinion.
I spent almost 200 dollars on lunch for my employees. The food was ice cold, and all the boxes were covered in handprints, so I'm guessing their hands were very dirty. I asked for sauce on the chicken and paid for extra sauce. I didn't get ether. The food was ether very old or had been reheated multiple times because it was dry and hard like beef Jerky. The sausage was so overcooked that it was Grey. I called the store to talk to the manager I wanted to see what his solution would be and told me he did not have enough staff and it was not his problem, and he said he would give me 1.50 back off of almost 200.00 i could not even believe it. I have a shop full of guys, and they would not even eat any of the food, and they eat anything. They do not serve fresh food, and they do not stand behind the quality of what they serve. So I wasted almost 200.00 for nothing. They did not even offer to re make the food. If you are going to order a large amount, stay away from here because it won't get eaten. I've included a picture of the handprints on the boxes. On a good note, my dogs did eat it, so to sum this all my dog liked it. I did reach out to who ever told me to e mail them at the support e mail and guess what??? They don't respond...... big surprise!!!!!! Do not waste your money!!!!
Came here in the evening on January 8 and was waiting for a meal with my daughter, but stood there for several minutes as the first person in the order line and was never even acknowledge even though the employees were standing right in front of me, they seemed really busy because they told several mobile orders they had to wait and they also seem frustrated. This place appears to be poorly managed and understaffed, leading to inadequate service. It is unclear whether this is due to low business levels or other reasons.
I do not like leaving bad reviews. Especially for restaurants. Being in the industry for almost 40yrs….this was HORRIBLE!! It all went in the garbage. $47 worth. Thank goodness it was a gift card we got. Had this been out of pocket…..it was not hot when we picked it up. The salt!!!! Burnt ends were t anything we’ve ever seen before. DRY!!! Couldn’t chew the strings of meat. Wings were dry. Dinner rolls were like rocks. Okra…inedible due to the amount of salt. Jalapeño beans…eh, ok but salty. Husband had 3 bones of ribs that after reheated with sauce…ok. I’m fair when it comes to food…this was gross!!! We asked for napkins, …they don’t have them “per say” This is definitely on my top 2 all time worst experiences. No seconds here.
$17 for 3 ribs and one side. Not anymore. This used to be my favorite chain BBQ but they got rid of the ice cream, got rid of the nice rolls, and raised the prices. Very sad... but I cant come back at that price.
