The staff is amazing, from the general manager, assistant manager, the front desk staff all the way to the cleaning ladies. They're polite, respectful and extremely helpful. The rooms are clean, large and inexpensive. Any issues we had were addressed immediately and appropriately. We were welcomed with a smile and even a good laugh from time to time. I felt extremely safe staying there when my husband was away at work. Hopefully everyone has the same opportunity to meet such wonderful and kind people. This Hotel, this staff are unlike any other hotel in the area 😊 I also read other reviews, didn't realize the hotel had a broken hot tub as another reviewer wrote 🤷 cause they don't even have a hot tub. Other people complain about the staff being rude, the only time I witnessed that was when a customer didn't get their way or they didn't feel treated fairly. To label a staff member as rude in a public review can really hurt a hotels image for other customers. Hopefully everyone reviews the hotel based on their own unbiased opinion.

Cheapest rooms in town that I can find. Nice, quiet, safe, cozy place to stay. They have their pool still available!! No breakfast for the moment, they still offer coffee 24/7. We enjoy staying here. Good rates and a great stay!! They Had Some Pretty Flowers Out Front I HAD To Stop And Snap A Few Photos To Make 🙂

Can't check in any earlier than 3 cause there to incompetent to know which rooms are clean till than. Place smells. Blankets have cigarette burns in them. No microwave in the room. Breakfast canceled due to this bs virus. Just not a clean or sanitary room to stay. The front desk dude seems retarded or something...

Room was comfortable. But one evening desk clerk was RUDE!! He was the only one. The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful. We just avoided grumpy at all costs. H9wever.. that could have been avoided had the room been set up for 2 guests. All I asked for was an extra towel so my husband and I could both shower in the morning. He told me I was supposed to bring the old towels down from the room. I explained to him that we had just arrived, we just needed an extra towel. He got rude and asked me how many people were staying in the room. I explained 2 of us and we each needed a towel. He got very prissy and basically tossed towels at me. Put enough towels in the rooms for guests.. if you have "rules " let the guest know ahead if time , we asked about the pool being open, but were not informed there were towels in the pool area for guests. And if you tell guests that linens will not be changed but every 3 days,, don't take the towels guests have to fight to get. There was no consistency with towel and wash cloth distribution in our 4 days there. If I don't have to fight for towels, I would consider staying again.

Fine stay besides every person working at the hotel being at our door BEFORE checkout. I don't think it was SO BOOKED they needed to usher us out. I've always been given at least 15 minutes after checkout just to gather my belongings. Like Super 8 is more courteous than that. Then went to check out and I have to wait for the girl to finish her smoke break. Wondering if she just did her rounds as fast as possible so she could go ignore her customers. Fine stay until the end.
