Pros: Clean sheets, clean room, the front desk staff and house keeping we're friendly. Cons: Contrary to the multiple pictures on various sites like Booking and Hot Wire, there is NO jacuzzi, it's boarded overed. The indoor "heated" pool is not heated. The room the indoor pool is in is heated, not the pool. ALSO, there is NO free breakfast available as advertised. Only coffee and hot water are available. Just be aware, so you can be aware. But hey, there IS a McDonald's across the street..so there's that...
We spent two nights in a dirty room. No microwave. No breakfast in the morning. Broken bed. Even the shade on our lamp was written on. It was bad enough there was a bar outside our window but then the people next to us had a dog that barked all night. Those same people had the police called on them for trying to break the door down to their room and fighting all night long. We had to beg for a new towel. Worst experience. A lot of it was out of there hands but they could’ve dealt with things better.
Broken keycard machine that had been out of order for a week (per Alan at the front desk) with no ETA for repair. We had to get someone from the front desk to open our door each time we wanted into our room. When we checked into our suite, which we had reserved for 6 people, there were 3 towels. No biggie, the front desk got us taken care of pretty quickly. Pool area had murky water, and no hot tub (just covered by painted particle plywood. No continental breakfast offered, even though it shows on website. TV in room is small, and there is no microwave, even though it's shown in some pictures posted. Staff wouldn't discount stay, even though the keycard issue is *substantial*. Vending machines empty, so if you need something in the middle of the night, be prepared to hike down to the gas station for a snack. While the staff is friendly, the facility leaves a lot to be desired. Please fix the problems!
Very gross and the receptionist was extremely unhelpful and disrespectful. None of the house keeping spoke English and so no one knew what they were saying, and don’t even get me started on how many safety hazards there are. I got cut at least 4 times getting in and out of bed from a sharp price of metal sticking out. I would 100% recommend spending more money to stay somewhere else compared to this dump.
This area is very busy, I understand that part, but it also feels like a ghetto area as well. The hotel itself i feel like it's worth only 65$ not 80+. The rooms are in ok shape, there is a significant amount of damage in areas of the walls, broken dresser closet, pillows that are flatter than paper, stain sheets, pillow cases are stain as well where it looks like sweat areas kinda light tan looking, the beds are comfortable but I don't think they vacuum the tops because they have a lot of crumbs under the sheets, they only proved your room with 2 towels and no trash bags to change out the trash, the wifi socks very much, it's always cutting out and you have to constantly refresh and reconnect, you are paying for a small portion to have breakfast included in your stay and THERE IS NO BREAKFAST!!!! my post may seem exaggerated to these complaints but it's honestly how I have observed this experience. It's very disappointing if you ask me and especially when they make it seem like a total comfortable stay when it's not. It may be good for a 1 night stay for a trucker but for family or individuals that need a good place to stay, it's not.
