DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I have stayed in cheap rooms all over the country and this is the dirtiest room I have ever experienced. When you walk into the lobby the smell of something resembling animal urine is overwhelming. The upstairs hallway hadn't been vacuumed in weeks and is completely uneven with the carpet coming up and visible damage to the floor. Entering our room there were crumbs all over the entry way, the toilet had what looked like dried vomit all down the front of it and there were long hairs everywhere as if the room had not been cleaned at all on top of it when we opened the curtains you could see spots of dried stuff all over the hard floors. The sheets were stained or soiled (I hope stained) with yellow streaks like old sweat. They make you sign that you will pay for any towels you may stain with make up etc. yet every towel in our room had holes in it and was grey in color at best. Had the air conditioning not gone out in our truck or if it had been cooler outside I would not have stayed. The hotel is more of a homeless shelter than a hotel for paying guests. Lady at the font desk was rude and had company hanging out in the lobby all night. Nothing positive about this hotel.

I wouldn’t stay here if Coco is working. She’ll try to fight you with her toddler in the back. I actually had to call the police on this person because of her hostility and absolute disregard for me as a customer. She was hostile towards the police. People like this do deserve jobs and they shouldn’t be left to “mother” children. I feel bad for her child but not for her husband who she had on the phone instigated while I tried getting help at the front desk. She’s been reported several times but has she lost her job yet? We will see.

The room was clean enough. The service was friendly. No microwave or coffee maker in the room. The refrigerator has no freezer. For the cost of the room it was definitely worth it.

The surly trash women working the counter with her children, one in a high chair and the other running amok in the lobby refused to let me check into the room I already paid for online. why you might ask? well, because I didn’t have the actual physical card I used to book the room. I used apple pay to book the room with a digital credit card from Chase Bank (as my replacement had not arrived in the mail before my trip) I offered the filth working the full number and complete details of the card including Chase Bank customer service whom could even verify the validity of the myself and the card (it matched the card booking and the one in apple pay) but she still refused and began to gaslight and play the victim class (as i’m sure she does often in all aspects of her disgusting promiscuous life.)
this card “policy” is not reflected anywhere on their website, affiliates or third party’s booking webpages. it was quite obviously a case of discrimination towards myself. A topic in which I have zero plans of rolling over and letting her get away with and not having to answer for.
what an absolutely abysmal business.
