Good bagels. Good sandwiches. Could use more cream cheese choices tho. Friendly staff. Clean.
I ordered delivery from Einstein Bros. and was extremely disappointed. I did receive a credit via DoorDash, but I won't be ordering from Einstein Bros. again as this is the second time I had to request a refund, items were missing, and the restaurant didn't follow directions. Twice, I ordered an Applewood Bacon bagel without cheese (for dairy intolerance, unless the sandwiches are pre-made, but I doubt it since I ordered different bagels for each and not the typical recommended bagel). Recently, I ordered a side of hash browns and a side of chips for the other member in my party. Directions were not followed and my sides didn't show up even though I was charged for these items.
Lox portions are so small!!! Complete falsehood with advertised ‘Nova Lox’ bagel on the menu. Like a cherry on a cake the small portion of lox is dropped in the middle of a bagel. This is not just in one location - Einstein corporate rolls lox portions into tiny amounts nation wide. The picture on the wall in any Einstein bagel shop and the lox bagel one gets will differ. The amount of lox dumped on the bagel covers only 30%. It is funny. Some corporate VP decided to pinch consumers? This is a lawsuit material.
Honestly I don’t normally do these types of reviews. But just about every time I’ve gone into this location they have messed my order up. Today I went in ordered a Turkey bacon avocado, asked for no tomorrow and extra spear but instead got tomatoes. Which I guess not that big of a deal… but then my boyfriend pulled out his Ham and Swiss deli sandwich and there was NO HAM AND SWISS and that’s in the name of the sandwich. The cashier seemed super on point. But whoever made the food had no clue what they were doing. Will never go back to this location. Tried calling before making this post, but the phone doesn’t even take you to a person to talk to.
This place has been going downhill but todays experience just completely solidified my suspicions. I went to pick up a bagel for a friend of mine and a cashier by the name Arianna had a bad temper and awful communication as well as customer service skills. It lead to me calling out her behavior to her manager Taylor, who defended the cashier saying that there “could have” been a glitch in their system (for entering the rewards phone number through the pin pad vs. Having the cashier manually put in the number) but when I went to give her my number again Arianna kept cutting me off saying she didn’t need it then threw my money at me 😂😂 no one knows anything and refuses to give any phone number that may be linked to corporate. So if you ask them for it they’ll go to the back like they’re “looking” for it then come out with someone else -who isn’t a manager- to tell you that you can’t have that information. (Girl in “Can’t Relate” blunt hoody 🤣) This isn’t the first time I’ve had a rude experience at this location. Everyone there is so miserable and you can taste it in the food! I’d recommend going to a food truck instead there’s tons in Longmont/Boulder. ❤️
