Fantastic stay, so accommodating. We highly recommend this hotel. We hadn’t planned to stay here but the front desk helped us find a room and settle in right away. The lobby, rooms, and pool area are clean and updated. Plenty of lamps, charging options, and storage space in the room with the addition of a fantastic shower with large bottles of shampoo and conditioner. The hot tub was hot and relaxing. Breakfast was also hot and had a HUGE spread. So many options and it was all delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Extra plus was feee coffee, tea, and lemon water available at all times in the lobby.
I'm writing to say my husband and I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Longmont. We had a very nice and needed getaway. It was very clean, the rooms were nice, water pressure great, mattresses comfortable and breakfast was well organized and thoughtful. My oatmeal and cage free hard boiled eggs were perfect. The other reason I am writing a review is to applaud David, the front desk person. He was generous, knowledgeable, poised, extremely accommodating to our injured bodies, professional, and kind. If you ever have the fortune to be taken care of by him, you are in good hands. Fairfield Inn struck gold with David! Thank you again!
Amazing front desk staff. They were always helpful when something was needed. David in particular was extremely kind and informative. Definitely a more business oriented hotel. Very quiet in the room and never heard noise or door slams from other rooms. We were visiting from Minnesota. The most kind and polite people in Colorado. We stayed Sunday through Thursday. No problems and would highly recommend this place. We hope to come back!
First, if you want a suite, do not stay here. Out of all the rooms, they have 2 queens suites and 1 King suite. I have been traveling for years all over the country, and this hotel has such horrible customer service. I was very disappointed. We were put into a handicapped room our first night when we did not book that. It was right next to the elevator and ice machine so you heard everything. Then, the next day, we had to change rooms because they needed the handicapped room that night. So they downgraded us. We went to talk to them about it and no apology! Kasey was very rude with "fake nice" attitude. I haven't been treated like that by a hotel on a long time! Will definitely not be back again and would not recommend. The only reason I even gave it 2 stars is because it was clean.
This was a great stay. The hotel was very clean. In tip top condition. The Staff were all pleasant, and they kept the lemon water fresh.
