We called ahead to hopefully eat outside (covid concerns) and they said on the phone they don't have the staff for outside service and that should have been a red flag. We were hoping for good Italian so we went ahead and ordered takeout instead. I have been a fan of the Boulder shop since college and they had flavorful hand made pasta and sauce that I've always enjoyed. The Longmont location does not live up to their foundations. The "spicy" marinara was bland and flavorless. The noodles were overcooked and flavorless (did they forget to salt the cooking water?). the worst of all, thogh was the reason we came and that was the fettuccine Alfredo that literally made my teenage child gag and dismiss themselves from the meal it was so poorly made. I rarely throw away a $16 plate of food but this was the exception. I couldn't even force myself to finish it. Finally, entertaining as it was, they packaged the spahetti separate from the sauce and it congeled into a freakish leaning tower (picture attached) and that probably says it all. I will look forward to the location going out of business and maybe being replaced with an Olive Garden or some other mediocre Italian chain.

Is the chef Italian?? Pasta was over cooked and not salted. My “spicy Italian sauce” was neither spicy nor Italian. To improve the flavor of our pasta - we ordered sides of the other sauces (sweet italian, Alfredo) sweet italian was okay, Alfredo was not. Everything we order was tasteless or not Italian tasting. Even extra red chili pepper and salt didn’t help. We left most of our food.
I should have heeded to the other reviews and skip this place. I usually, hate wrti g these kinds of reviews. But just don’t want customers wasting their hard earned money on no quality food. I hope they read this and make some changes to their menu. Pic of food we left behind.

We love gondoliers so incredibly much! Wow. Absolutely delicious every single time. They are amazing. Braden is an incredible bartender & server. Every time we have been in there, he has gone above and beyond. I could not give this place a better review. Their food frequently visits my dreams. I highly super extra recommend!

Good basic Italian food with a few gf/df options. I had the vegetable noodles with tomato sauce and sausage. Delicious, fresh, and oily!
My partner had the fettuccine Alfredo. Said the flavors were great and the noodles were too gummy. Parking lot is tight, prices are fair, and service is friendly. A great choice for dinner before a show at Longmont Museum.

Nice decor decent food great service. The parking lot is tight the restaurant is new and well designed. Food is fine but not so amazing that you would want to go there all the time. Ingredients are fresh and tasty.
