Stellar, newer property. Room reflected many nice features like a shower head on opposite wall from control (so you don't get drenched turning it on), refrigerator in a cabinet to reduce motor noise, efficient shelving and mirror in walk-in closet, rolling blackout shade on window, enough units to charge electronics throughout the room. The room felt well built to reduce noise from the hallways and outside roads. Excellent location! Close to two strip malls, restaurants and close to downtown Longmont. Will stay again.
Some business has brought me to Longmont 1-2 times a year and I've usually stayed in the Hampton Inn. This property was available on my latest trip, so I booked it. The property is beautiful with adequate parking and a beautiful view of the river. Stay in an odd numbered room for a river view. I interacted with multiple staff members, and all of them were extremely friendly. And since it's a new property, you can do things like control the TV from your Hilton app on your phone, for example. Loved the size of the room (Normal king room) and the beautiful shower. I will be booking the Garden Inn on my next visit to Longmont Oh and as an added bonus, my second night I looked over and saw a tornado from the parking lot.
Got one handicap room for my parents and adjoining room for me and my sister. Rooms are spacious, stylish, clean and quiet. Handicap room has roll in shower with shower bench and handheld shower sprayer Beds are very comfortable with plenty of pillows, nice linens and comforters. Double blinds keep out light at night and the sheer blinds let in light during the day. Mini-fridge is in a cabinet so is very quiet. Hallway doors are sealed to block noise and light. Breakfasts are excellent and made to order. The team running the kitchen are wonderful. Location right on the Longmont creek path allows pleasant walks right out the door from the hotel. Proximity to several restaurants made it easy to get take out. Room has microwave, table and chairs.
I can't say enough about my stay at this location. I was there for a month and the staff treated me like family. They were professional, kind and welcoming. They responded to any issues or concerns I had immediately (including when I couldn't get a lamp to work because I didn't turn on the main switch...and they didn't laugh at me - at least not in front of me). Caleb at the front desk was amazing and so was the head of housekeeping - although I didn't get her name. The rooms were clean, the lobby is modern and new and the location is close to anything you could need or want. They are pet friendly and didn't judge me when I walked my bored cat up and down the hallway on a leash. I would highly recommend this Hilton to anyone!
Good news for allergy sufferers!**fragrance Allergy/sensitivity** is catered to at this hotel. I called ahead, and they verified that the linens and room would be free from fragrance. Some hotels use Essential oils. This hotel doesn't seem to in the room itself. The lobby had a lemon fragrance, I don't know what the source was, but with a mask on it wasn't too strong, and we didn't hang out there very long. More hotels need to implement fragrance free, because fragrance allergies can be very severe, a lot of people suffer anaphylaxis from it in severe cases. Anyway. It meant a lot to be able to stop off the road from a very long drive, and be able to stay in a very nice hotel, that keeps the rooms free from fragrances.
