The rooms were nice. Good lighting, nice size tv, comfortable beds and bedding. The staff overall were kind of blah. None of the wait staff were really friendly nor real attentive. Check in was confused and I never did sort out my meal credit successfully. Location was really nice as it had a great selection of restaurants and shopping nearby and a creek/river with a path directly behind the hotel.
It’s a beautiful hotel with great customer service. There are trails on the backside of the hotel and you can walk to shopping areas or a park, just wonderful. Now there is a pool but no hot tub which is kind of weird. And if you book do everything online including check in because there is usually no one at the front desk to check you in. We did not book a specific room online because it only showed one room available which was odd. We went inside and advised we did not pick a room online because the one room they showed available did not interest us, which is why we waited thank goodness as I was right they had many available rooms and we got the one we wanted. Beware they do not offer continental breakfast but you can add breakfast to your daily charge which is what I did for two nights. And they still charged us 30.00 dollars more for the second night meal. My husband was very frustrated and we just left. Other than that absolutely I will stay there again. Now I know the rules.
This hotel is fairly new (3 years) and it shows. The lobby, restaurant area and rooms look modern and well kept. The open closet area has a nice layout with drawers for storage. Shelves in the bathroom for setting items out.
Our stay at the hotel was very nice. It was conveniently located to the most anything you would need. The city of Longmont is super easy to get around in and the hotels location just made that even better. The rooms were clean, the staff were very nice and all around it was just a nice day. Our first night there Gladys was super helpful in getting us checked in, as well as Jessica ( bar/restaurant manager) who by the second day made you feel like a regular. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!
BED BUGS!!!! Never experienced this before in my life. I feel super disgusting now. I understand this happens but the staff didn't care. They said move rooms or leave. I was told the manager was going to call me but hasn't yet. I guess this is new customer service. Definitely do not recommend this hotel.
