Good stay overall! Great value! Just note: There is NO EV charging in the parking lot. I booked this place particularly for the EV charging and was super disappointed since I was relying on that. Chris at the front desk was super helpful and let me plug into a wall outlet outside. He acknowledged the website says EV charging is here, and is trying to get Hilton to take it down. Great hotel! Just don't come here if you are specifically staying here for the EV charging.

Awful customer service experience!
Booked two nights for business travel 11-12 June 2022
My flight was delayed 3+ hours and picking up a rental from Hertz involved another hour delay. I arrived in Longmont at about 3 am this morning.
The woman at the desk told me, " I cannot check you in because our system in running night audit."
I explained I had a reservation and very much wanted to get into my room.
She said, "I can't check you in for another hour. Your reservation for tonight was probably cancelled."
She offered no other assistance and seemed not to care at all about the situation.
I ended up booking a room at another hotel, who welcomed me and promptly provided a room.
In short, an awful customer service experience. The reservation confirmation created a clear expectation that I had a room. The front desk employee did not care about the situation and offered no help. I was fatigued from a long evening of travel and wanted to rest before my morning meeting.
On top of all this, I've been charged $209 for a room that was denied to me.

This newer Hotel is quality and comfortable. It is made outstanding by its staff. Carly the Sales Manager was our first introduction to its high standard of kindness, responsiveness and hospitality. At check-in Carrie proved to be just as nice and helpful. The first morning of our stay we saw that these standards spread beyond the first impression we had initially when we met Tamie and Joseph at breakfast. These 2 employees had smiles, kindness and service that was so refreshing. We frequent local hotels and I think we have found a new favorite. We will definitely be back!

We recently booked rooms for a wedding, and the overall experience could not have been better. The staff, especially Kennedie who was the point person, were outstanding, and the rooms were very nice. If you are planning a stay in the Longmont area, this is the best choice by far.

Typical Hilton Garden, staff were available when you needed them. Rooms were only cleaned by request, and sometimes took more than 2 days. Bar staff here is excellent. I would pass on the breakfast, plenty of restaurants around that are so much better.
