Like others we chose this hotel for the kid friendly pool, which is not only not operating the slide they advertise - but the pool area in general is pretty disgusting. The hotel in general is on the lower end of the Holiday Inn you expect. A lot better options immediately nearby for very similar prices. I regret this choice. The staff were lovely, but I'm sure they are also nice at the other hotels.

I've stayed here with family multiple times and had a great experience. They had a nice breakfast, I did not make it down in time this time. In the past we have payed 65-85/night. Recently I payed nearly $200. There was a women opening and looking in the rooms at 9:30am. No one was in any rooms next to me. I attempted to talk to her but unfortunately she did not speak English was I wanted to tell her I was not quite ready to check out. It's clean and in a good location and usually staff is very friendly.

Not a great hotel. Rooms weren’t bad but don’t let the online pictures fool you! I chose this hotel because of the advertised kiddie pool and water slide. After a long day of driving, I knew the kids would need it. Well, the kiddie area is maybe a 8 ft area, very small! The slide was not open and honestly I was glad, the metal stairs were fully rusted and the slide should not even be in operation ever again based on the look of it. Then breakfast was basically non-existent. There was no meat, no cinnamon rolls, no juice, milk was in a carton and shared vs. individual cartons. The pancake machine was down, so there was literally no options for kids! To top it off, it’s apparently a “pet friendly” hotel so when we got to our room we spent the first 30-45 minutes listening to a dog howl, yelp and bark because the owner left it alone in the room! Definitely not the quality we typically see from a Holiday Inn..

A/C units are horrible. Me and my wife had the a/c cranked up, it would cool for about 10 minutes then heater would kick on. Need updated better units that keep a/c running. Talked to other guests, they had the same issue. Also had issues with the water being cold. Other than that, great hotel!!! Nice location and staff.

Awesome hotel that was clean. On the first night we did see a Rocky Mountain tick which are common since we are in the region crawling on the shower curtain. The staff were able to switch us to a new room right away and were helpful every step of the way. The breakfast is also very good with a good amount of options of both hot and cold food. The showers came with shampoo conditioner and body wash
