They are understaffed so going on a Sunday we were there for an hour and a half when we already knew what we wanted. Waited 20 mins just for our sodas. We finished our drinks and the ice mostly melted before we even got our food, and no offer for refill was given. The food was dropped off so fast I didn’t get a second to ask. No one came by to check on us. The food was cold. We waited another 20 mins after finishing our food to find anyone at all to bring us the check. I get that Sundays are busier days but there needs to be staff to accommodate that. Management needs to do better.
We stopped for breakfast. We were so disappointed! .y husband ordered French toast. One piece was about 2 inches thick. Both were cold. I ordered the breakfast crepe. It was dry and cold also! The bill was over $30 and we just had water! We will never be back!
After 45 minutes we never got our food. Service lacked. Our waiter went on break after half an hour and that was the last time we saw anybody. While we were waiting, our side of the restaurant emptied out. Still no food or service. This is not the first time this location has offered poor customer service but certainly the last for us. IHOP you need to step it up.
After a lake morning, we took the kids to ihop because they wanted to try the taco pancake things. However when we got there they changed their mind. Like 11 year old boys do lol I have been in the restaurant industry for 15 years and I have to been to 5star restaurants and to be honest I was completely blown away by our server. Charlene gave the best service that I have ever experienced. She was very attentive, patient, and always come up to the table with a smile! Thank you for helping me see what true service should be like that I will be taking back to my restaurant. Charlene is the best be sure to ask for her when you are in ihop off Ken Pratt and hover!
Flat out horrible experience. Supervisor refused to speak with us even though she was in the restaurant at the moment. Ricardo was the best waiter yet he got sent home by the manager due to a misunderstanding with Eva. Eva had more “authority” and therefore believed everyone should listen to her which is not true. Eva was straight up a bad waitress. The manager and supervisor believed they are above everyone and treated their employees especially Ricardo badly. Ricardo deserves better and honestly we would not come back and do not recommend. Please save your time and go to a different I-HOP. If giving no stars was an option I would put that.
