Customer service was great, super friendly, the food was pretty good, but we found it to be lacking flavor despite the reviews stating otherwise.

Absolutely yummy! Been here many times. We order the See Ew and Garlic Lover and they are always the best. This place is so very consistent with good food and they don't scrimp on the garlic!

We always love this place! The Tofu Pad Thai is the best in town. Very consistent, we have had it a bunch of times!

The worst Thai food I've had in many many years, or probably ever. The chicken was dry, chewy, and basically inedible, we threw it away as the kids also wouldn't touch it. We also had a beef dish with broccoli that was extremely watery. In our pad Thai, The noodles were severely overcooked and it was basically a big bowl of gelatinous mush. I also ordered a large Tom Kha soup at spiciness level 5. The soup was pure sugar, like eating pancake syrup, and had very little heat to it.
I'm an extremely active reviewer and rarely have the occasion/desire/need to write negative reviews but this place is at a different level of bad. I'll try it once more because every place has bad days (perhaps our food was prepared by a disgruntled employee) and updated my review.
