I always order on app and pick up so not sure about how customer service is.
I got the new fanceroni pizza with a 100 pepperoni.
The first time I had was
cooked better. This one was just a tad softer on dough. But still there best pizza.

thank you guys my pizza was perfectly made and look exactly as advertised!!
Little Caesar has always been my favorite! Unfortunately the one on north main always messes up my pizza.

Great pizza say an inexpensive price, if only the food delivery company they partner with wouldn't steal my orders when I place them. š” I only do carry out now.

Thank you Fernanda for your great customer service, hospitality and warming smile. I have old memories of going to Little Caesars as a child and it was really nice to feel welcomed the way we were. Keep up the good work and thank you for your time.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an order using the little Caesarās APP. I was notified after 20 minutes that it would be delivered by DoorDash, I did not order from DD, little Caesars Is using them.
The delivery driver calls after an hour and says he canāt find our apartment complex. A complex that has been delivered to multiple times. I call door dash help desk after another 20 minutes and request a refund. They tell me, I must speak with the store I ordered from.
I call this store, a guy answers and I ask to speak to the manager, heās says yea⦠how can I help. As if heās the manager. I explain everything⦠he says nothing and then a woman gets on the phone. Iām confused, is she the manager? She answers the phone and just says.. āyeaā . I explain again. Martha Soto explains that she canāt help, keeps telling me to call door dash. Calls a woman at another store. Says they canāt refund since they already sent the food out. I spend 20 minutes explains to them how customer service works, how itās theft of you pay for goods and you never receive the goods.
Not once do they offer a solution, to remake the order, to redeliver, to refund, nothing.
I ask for a supervisor name or number, they refuse. I ask what is the franchises contact number and name, they refuse. And CONTINUE to tell me to call DoorDash.
This is hands down the worst customer experience I have had. The most unprofessional, ineffective, rude and dishonest management I have ever experienced.
If Little Caesarās corporate monitors these reviews, which they should, I need to be contacted by the franchise owner immediately.
I have paid for goods and service and not received anything or a refund, to remind you again⦠thatās theft.
