This location is so amazing, all the employees are super sweet and very respectful. The food is good. Will have to wait a little bit but I mean if you want perfect pizza it’s worth the wait. Will come back soon!!
Counter guy asked me to wait 5 minutes while they made more hot and ready to go pizzas, the wait was worth it good cheesy pizza loaded with plenty of pepperoni.
The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an order using the little Caesar’s APP. I was notified after 20 minutes that it would be delivered by DoorDash, I did not order from DD, little Caesars Is using them. The delivery driver calls after an hour and says he can’t find our apartment complex. A complex that has been delivered to multiple times. I call door dash help desk after another 20 minutes and request a refund. They tell me, I must speak with the store I ordered from. I call this store, a guy answers and I ask to speak to the manager, he’s says yea… how can I help. As if he’s the manager. I explain everything… he says nothing and then a woman gets on the phone. I’m confused, is she the manager? She answers the phone and just says.. “yea” . I explain again. Martha Soto explains that she can’t help, keeps telling me to call door dash. Calls a woman at another store. Says they can’t refund since they already sent the food out. I spend 20 minutes explains to them how customer service works, how it’s theft of you pay for goods and you never receive the goods. Not once do they offer a solution, to remake the order, to redeliver, to refund, nothing. I ask for a supervisor name or number, they refuse. I ask what is the franchises contact number and name, they refuse. And CONTINUE to tell me to call DoorDash. This is hands down the worst customer experience I have had. The most unprofessional, ineffective, rude and dishonest management I have ever experienced. If Little Caesar’s corporate monitors these reviews, which they should, I need to be contacted by the franchise owner immediately. I have paid for goods and service and not received anything or a refund, to remind you again… that’s theft.
The person answering the phone and takes the orders is the rudest person I have ever dealt with being condescending and rude. Changed the price we have been paying for 8 months and stated she could charge full price adding would you like that. Considering we are neighborhood buisness as well that spends easily 250.00 a week in this store I am shocked her supervisor allows her to speak to customers this way
I just went in and let me put y’all on the $5 buck lunch combo, those ARE DA BOMB!!!! They always have it ready and the girls that work in the morning are always super sweet! Coming back
