Went to get barbecue Mac n cheese, and asked if there was anything besides meat in it and they said no. There were in fact onions on top which I was already disappointed with. Then, further examining the food, there was no barbecue sauce and the meat had a green hue to it. When i tasted it, it was a bit sour so I decided to not eat it. 13 dollars wasted. I understand wanting to save as much food as possible when business are down due to the pandemic, but serving a customer green meat isn’t the move. Never had a bad experience with noodles and company, just this location. I would go elsewhere.

20 years ago when this place started popping up everywhere it was pretty good. Nowadays I cant say I feel like anything isn't pre-made and just warmed up. Especially the meatballs they seem frozen from a package. Honestly Twited Noodle is 10x better and costs the same with better ingredients. Also its not that far away from this spot. We were absolutely dying of hunger before ordering takeout from the parking lot. Very average. Not again

We think this noodles location is great. There is curbside pickup and employees have been wearing masks correctly. The food was still warm when we got home.

Food was good, would’ve been better if I wasn’t judged by the modifications to my salad by the manager and team members that were working January 8th @ 2. The whole “This salad is weird” could’ve been left unsaid as my requests weren’t that odd or unusual. Very unprofessional. Including the boy who dropped off my food saying “even your seasoning is in there” with a disgusted look.

Terrible service. We placed our order online, and it was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes. We showed up after 20 minutes and we’re told it would be another ten minutes. We waited in our car for another 20 minutes after that, as it was a curbside order, still no one came out with food. We could see our order sitting on the counter, so I went inside to ask for it. I was ignored by all the staff while I waited at the counter for someone to acknowledge my presence. Nothing. I went back outside and called, the person who answered the phone said it was almost ready , they were just putting the rest of our order in a bag. She then grabbed the bag that had been sitting on the counter for 15-20 minutes and brought it out to us. The food was cold and the service was terrible.
