The food is alright they are usually better and more fresh. I went through the drive thru. The lights weren’t on it was hard to see the menu. As well there service sorta suck they didn’t greet you and the lady in drive thru had a attitude when I mention there lights weren’t on and it was hard to see, I was just trying to be polite about it, and all I got was I know in a rude attitude. I didn’t receive any utensils for my drink or meal.
They forgot half of our order and my boyfriend didn’t realize until he was already home. He called and they said to come back and they would remake it and refund for the driving. When we arrived the little girls at the counter would not give him a refund or remake his food because he “didn’t bring the food back” obviously it’s hard to bring back food you never received. They then told him had to purchase another one to get the other half for the meal he was not given and obviously upset he was confused and they began laughing at him. The manager was rude and unprofessional as well. Don’t let kids be in charge of making sure your food is right.
Did an online order. I put a time of 530. I got there at 532. I ask for my order and it was not even ready. There were 2 people doing orders and one person in line. I'm sorry but if you do an order and put a time on it the order should have been done. No apologies or anything. If they would have at least said I'm sorry I would have been ok.
My daughter likes this food but I think it’s low quality and over priced. Definitely fast food quality. 2 out of 5.
Bad attitude, short answers, out of food, miss ordered my order, won’t answer phone, not able to leave voicemail, burnt chicken. I just get off work on an evening, I know it’s late but she was unapologetically out of what I wanted to order. Then I ask for lo mein and rice mix, I got a few brócoli with burnt chicken. Owners/ managers, you guys need to step your game up, this is a few times now.
