Food not hot, ignored by employee, told would not charge for extra item but did.
The service was sub-par, they didn’t notify me they were out of sweet and sour until I asked for some. I would have rather known before so I wouldn’t have ordered things that required the sauce. The cashier was also not very nice and looked extremely annoyed when I went to ask for sweet and sour sauce. The food itself didn’t actually taste good either. Giving one extra star because service was fast.
Staff handled money then served food without changing gloves multiple times. Waited 24 minutes for my order after placing it. Staff was visibly overwhelmed and cashier was verbally disagreeable. The food is always expected quality so bonus points there. Overall the food is fair, however I would not recommend either Longmont location unless you can temper unsanitary qualities and unexpected staff behavior during your visits.
The portions here are getting smaller and smaller - I will definitely not return to this location. Panda Express as a company already greatly reduced the size of their take out boxes about a year ago and still charged the same price. Now, they are not even coming close to filling these small containers. Yesterday at this location, I received a take out container with 3 tiny strips of teriyaki chicken - it was only 1/3 full. I will not be back at this location, and I will probably not return to any Panda Express ever again.
Wish I could share a picture - ordered a bowl and received 1/2 bowl of rice and 4 small pieces of chicken :(
