WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Ordered two soups, the bistro bowl and a single bowl of soup. Received the bowl and a small soup instead of the bread bowl bistro. Tried calling 3 times and was put on hold for over 25 minutes waiting for their precious manager to help. After 30 minutes her solution is to send out another soup bowl. REALLY? I just want a refund on my credit card. So after another 15 minutes or so, a manager name Rich, called back and again wanted to send another soup. I just want the difference in what I got vs what I paid for. He got the message and said he would fix it. I am still not giving them the best review because leaving someone on hold without anyone getting back on the line for 26:42 minutes is unacceptable.
I have been going to panera bread everyday with the subscription for a few months now. Today I received outstanding service from a new employee(I think hes new) Nate. Normally service here is okay, but Nate really went out of his was to give satisfactory service. He is very personable and welcoming. A simple genuine attitude goes a long way. I appreciate him being authentic and kind. I am always grateful for when i receive services like this because it unfortunately doesn't happen very often.
Kind staff, delicious food, but the service is slow. I asked for a cup of soup and y'all took and sent out orders that came after mine. Not trying to be a Karen here, but I had higher hopes. Mid
Without a doubt the best happy food in town. Every time I come in the service is great and the food is always so fresh and delicious. I can’t wait to come back
Stopped for quick lunch from work, love Panera! Had soup & salad, soup was lukewarm, server put lots black pepper on my Greek salad, was terrible, never had a bad meal there before, talked to mgr, just said thanks for letting us know😯
