After reading some of the terrible reviews for this place, I'd like to add a good one! My husband and I walked into the Papa John's looking for a quick meal, but we weren't aware that they don't make pizzas ahead of time. The nice gentleman who was working behind the counter let us know that it would just take about 10 minutes to make one fresh, so we decided to order and wait. He quickly went to work making the pizza, and was done with it several minutes early. The customer service was outstanding, and the store front and the kitchen area where the pizzas are made seemed to be clean and orderly. We took our pizza and went out merry way, and about 10 minutes later opened the still hot box and dug into our delicious lunch----yummy!

Gee, I wonder why they shut down the last time! Wait, I don’t. It’s because it takes them an hour, to get to a house 3 minutes away, only to hand you cold pizzas, after receiving almost $9 tip before hand. Yep, that’ll get you closed down. Bummer because the pizza really is good. Not worth $50 for two cold pizzas good though.

Terrific reopening! Ordered last night and my pizza was done quick and tasted great. The customer service was great and everyone I spoke to was so kind and welcoming. Excited to order much more in the future!

Made an online order no problem. Then after check out it said it would be an hour & a half to carryout so I tried to call in and cancel but no one answered. Kept trying to call. They even answered & then hung up on me…3 times. So we had to go down to the actual store to cancel our order. There were 6 people working the store. My husband told them that they were really bad at answering the phone & they flat out said that they weren’t answering them & no one had any idea what they were doing. WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS STORE, EVER. We will be sending the recording to a higher-up at Papa Johns. This is really SAD customer service.

They have entirely outsourced their calls to a call center in Philippines. They didn't even know what special i was talking about thats listed on the website.Papa John's corporate has officially sold their souls in the name of profit margins! To avoid the call center press 5 when calling, you'll get the local store and the people here are great! Very nice and easy to talk to.
