It's a hit or miss with this place. We ordered last Sunday it was awesome, the girl made it perfectly and she was so nice. We ordered today 9/20 at 5:30 pm. The pizza was horrible, and the girl who made it (a different girl) obviously didn't care about what she was doing. To make things worse she was pretty rude. So who ever worked tonight really should think about doing a job that she cares about. The pizza was made wrong. I'll only order from now on when the other girl (the nice one) is working. Hey management take a look at what front end employee worked tonight. Good luck ha, doesn't look like any management ever checks these reviews.
I come here on Tuesday's for the Tuesday deal, but I'm thinking of starting to go to the other locations. The phone hold for this location specifically is ridiculous. So I even started placing online orders, which they still messed up. I called them twice to let them know that they are forgetting toppings, which shouldn't be hard, especially on an online pick placed hours ahead. They still refused to give me a refund or a free pizza when I went in two days later.. because "I came in too late".
Very dissatisfied at my last experience. This pizza is looking pathetic compared to the pizzas I have had before from here. And the toppings, what little there was, was all in the middle. I spread it out and it looked like a lame pizza. Surely not worth the 15 bucks I spent and I will think twice about what pizza place I go to next. Mama Roni's is fresh made, they bake it for you, and they are open later. I think I'll go there next time, I do recommend them over my last experience with this papa murphy's. I don't know if this kid made it but he was very young and sweeping right by my pizza. Not an overly friendly guy. Perhaps he is new and needs retraining on Papa Murphy's pizza making process on the line. What would rectify my review and my experience is if I got this pizza refunded as it was not worth it at all and I only had a couple pieces when usually I'll eat almost the whole thing for dinner a couple nights in a row. I could have asked him to fix it but I'm sure it wouldn't be much better because clearly they were upset I ordered 38 minutes before close or something like that and I'm not going to deal with risk the retaliation to my already poor pizza. Thanks.
Service ,food and timeliness has always exceeded expectations. They work as a team and despite being a busy day they were stacking pies quickly ready for pick up.
They couldn't find my order. Finally they did, then the pizza was minimally topped. Did not include baking instructions. Much better pizza and service at other locations.
