I came here for lunch today, 2/16, and our waiter was incredibly rude. He never offered us any refills and just threw down the menus and check. Food was awesome but this guys attitude ruined our lunch. Our receipt says Robert, but he never even told us his name. I have been to this restaurant several times and I love the food, and the staff is usually very nice. I won't be taking a seat if I see this guy working here next time.
This location is a great Vietnamese place. Very good food overall, very pleased with my experience. We had the Huong Viet Bao, Pork Fried Dumplings, Pork Vermicilli Bow and #10 Pho with Brisket added. The service could’ve been better but I understood that they have the one staff who was doing everything. So be mindful if you come don’t be in a rush to get somewhere else if you have later plans.
The food seemed fresh and hot. You could tell it was made with pride. The tables seemed clean as well as the floor. The waitress was nice. My only warning to others was the price. Like I get it everything is expensive now a days. However, I was eating alone and ordered an appetizer which was about $7.95 for six bit size pork dumplings and a large Pho which was about $15.95 with extra vegetables $2.95 after sales tax of that was another $2.50 was about $31.00 and tip of 15% ($5.00) it was $36.00. I could have got more food for that amount anywhere else and had some left over. Other than that the place seemed nice.
The food is delicious! I've been here a few times now, and always leave happy. You can't go wrong with the egg rolls or the spring rolls for appetizers. Their Bahn Mi's are affordable and delicious, and I really love the pho. They've got plenty of Sriracha and housin sauce, and the staff are always friendly. The atmosphere is nice, with music that isn't too loud. It can be a little echoey, but during lunch time that hasn't been an issue for me.
This is the ONLY pho I will eat in Longmont. Other options are bland to me or have tiny portion sizes. I get it to-go all the time, and I get extra broth to freeze for when I'm feeling under the weather. It always makes me feel better, even if I'm just sad.
