If I could give negative stars I would. The worst customer service ever! I placed and orde for three items one of them being a chicken tenders and popcorn shrimp. I checked the bag before leaving and accounted for all the items. When I got home I realized there were no chicken tenders. I called the store and the manager said I was not charged for the chicken even though I ordered it and if I wanted to go back to the store and pick it up they would give me the chicken. That’s it. So while my family eats one of us has to drive back across town for two chicken tenders. I am furious. I tell my husband to take the shrimp back too because it’s cold and most of it was just hard batter. I wanted hime to ask for a fresh order. So the manager, who refused to provide just her first name, said she would not replace the shrimp and gave the two chicken tenders and said that’s all she was gonna do. That she gave us the two tenders without charging us. She acted like this was gonna come right out of her check. The inconvenience alone is worth more than 2 tenders not to mention the gas and time and now cold meal being eaten after everyone else is finished. I am just old school I guess and have always hmgine out of my way to make sure others are well taken care of. I just know that there will be a time in the future where this lady is treated just as poorly as I was and I and had about that. But just another let down with the current attitude. Not sure good customer service exists anywhere these days. Popeyes on Main in Longmont has a crew working that has shown me doesn’t care about providing a good experience and creating a return customer. But why would they? We will never ever go there again.
This is the worst drive-up experience ever! I left from town without having 2 sandwich meals. I go back 4 hours later, on my way to Denver to pick up their mistakes and they’ve given me the oldest greesiest chicken I’ve EVER had! They also had not one single dessert available! Thumbs down!!!
This franchise needs to be pulled! The ice machine has not worked for 2 months, the staff is sour, and the store is not stocking napkins in the dining room, nor towels in the bathrooms. Either be in business or get out! A local ice supplier could stock a freezer outside the back door if parts are a problem. Get creative!
Lots of breading on a delicious chicken sandwich. This place isn't usually crowded and the drive thru goes quickly. I haven't tried some of the Cajun flavored menu items, but their mac and cheese is top notch.
Awful!! Was told 6min for our food….15min later I go bk inside to see what the deal is. Magically the food just came up. 😒🙄 really?!? No it was just sitting there. I told the kid working “if you say 6 min, then it needs to be 6min!! If it’s 15 then SAY THAT!!” Call me crazy but most ppl think this way! Wait… let me guess, ur short staffed? Then tell me the TRUTH! SO frustrated!! Got our money bk but won’t be going back.
