If I could give negative stars I would. The worst customer service ever! I placed and orde for three items one of them being a chicken tenders and popcorn shrimp. I checked the bag before leaving and accounted for all the items. When I got home I realized there were no chicken tenders. I called the store and the manager said I was not charged for the chicken even though I ordered it and if I wanted to go back to the store and pick it up they would give me the chicken. That’s it. So while my family eats one of us has to drive back across town for two chicken tenders. I am furious. I tell my husband to take the shrimp back too because it’s cold and most of it was just hard batter. I wanted hime to ask for a fresh order. So the manager, who refused to provide just her first name, said she would not replace the shrimp and gave the two chicken tenders and said that’s all she was gonna do. That she gave us the two tenders without charging us. She acted like this was gonna come right out of her check. The inconvenience alone is worth more than 2 tenders not to mention the gas and time and now cold meal being eaten after everyone else is finished. I am just old school I guess and have always hmgine out of my way to make sure others are well taken care of. I just know that there will be a time in the future where this lady is treated just as poorly as I was and I and had about that. But just another let down with the current attitude. Not sure good customer service exists anywhere these days. Popeyes on Main in Longmont has a crew working that has shown me doesn’t care about providing a good experience and creating a return customer. But why would they? We will never ever go there again.

This is the worst drive-up experience ever! I left from town without having 2 sandwich meals. I go back 4 hours later, on my way to Denver to pick up their mistakes and they’ve given me the oldest greesiest chicken I’ve EVER had! They also had not one single dessert available! Thumbs down!!!

The food was fine, but, the service is complete garbage. Stood in the empty restaurant for about 10 minutes while the workers ignored us. Eventually they came to take our order and the guy basically whispered to us, we obviously couldn't hear him and made that clear but he didn't seem to care which lead to our order being wrong. We'd come back for the food but honestly I'd rather made an hour drive to a different store rather than give this one any more money

Went to Popeyes on Main st. In longmont today. There is a skinny white guy stealing credit card info there. I confirmed it with my bank today. I used my card only twice today, once early morning to get gas and when I went through the drive through to get food. My bank even confirmed that a charge came through right before my charge at Popeyes. The manager stated they have cameras, but clearly this manger knows nothing about how this is done. You have been warned people of Longmont. Oh yeah, police stated nothing they can do since I prevented it and the charge didn’t get to go through. Just looking out. I will be sure to go to the one in Firestone, never have issue there and I have been going to that since 2012. I will say the food was hot and fresh, but stealing card info is not cool.

Good food, only had mild tenders, not complaining, they were good... just had intended to get original, but the thing that got me was I told them 3 times the condiments,,, 2 of which they asked me,,, and they still didn't give be what I wanted,! Lol anyways overall good experience.
