I ordered pick-up online, nachos and a burrito. I ordered both with extra steak and black beans and fajita veggies and the nachos with tortilla strips. When I arrive at the location, a couple minutes late from the time it said pick-up would be ready. I ended up waiting fifteen minutes because they were out of queso. And yet, the people in line were getting queso while several other people waited for pick-up and they had at least ten orders stuck to the wall waiting. After waiting, we finally get our food. Upon returning home I discovered that not only did I not get extra meat in either the burrito or the nachos, but in the nachos there were only two chunks of meat. Both had the wrong beans and the burrito had undercooked rice. Both were missing fajita veggies. We went just the day before and got a bowl with extra chicken, but did not receive it. I’m not usually one to complain, I’ve worked in the food industry and understand the struggle, but my entire order was totally wrong and I paid a decent amount of money, willing to splurge a little on some extra meat and whatnot. I’m extremely unhappy with the Clover Basin location. They always seem to be out of something or behind. I don’t think I’ve ever received a meal from them that was exactly what I ordered. Edit: Just went to eat one chip and there was a hair in it also.
Forgot my main course . Had to go back . Then got home and they forgot 2 guacs . Had to go back again
