Wow!! The staff were so friendly and the service was great. We grabbed some slices to go and we were not disappointed. The pizza was amazing. The Slice of the day, provolone, red onion and jalapeños was so good. Along with the cheese and pepperoni too. Some of, if not the best pizza in Colorado. We will be back.

EAST COASTERS: drive however long it takes to get to Rosalee’s because it is arguable the most authentic east coast pizza you’ll find in Colorado. The sausage knots and margherita pizza were out of this world! We will 1,000% be back to try the rest of their menu.

I enjoyed the slices I tried, but they were far from filling. They were SO close to being the best pizza in CO because they had the sauce & cheese right but skimped on the easiest, cheapest part.. the dough. The taste of the pizza itself is on point but you can’t even give a proper fold to these “east coast” crispy thin slices without causing some serious damage (see picture for reference).. I use thicker resume paper. Great pizza but to call it east coast is a bit of a stretch or gimmick… I miss my 2 18” pies for $17.99. I don’t know of a single pizzeria in NY, PA, or NJ that doesn’t serve pizza by the slice.. I’d say this will have to do but I’ll stick with Marquis & Ian’s for now

We got takeout, their largest, Square pizza(which fed about 4 people). It’s Detroit-style, which is my fav, and it hits the mark. We got their white pizza, which was kind of too plain. Felt more like cheesy garlic bread, which is good, but didn’t really feel like pizza. Kind of wish we gotten another one, but that’s what was recommended to me by a friend.
The inside space looks cool, though not a lot of seating. Lots of bar seating, and a good beer selection it seemed. Hopefully I get to try it again and see how it goes. They also had pinball machines? Cool.
Went back and got their salami and basil pizza. Again, I didn’t think it was anything to write home about. I think there is better pizza in town, def better square pizza in Denver.

The best little pizzeria in Longmont! The garlic knots were amazing and the pizza was absolutely perfect. You can choose from a square, Detroit-ish style (which is what we had) or the round NY style (which is what we'll get on our next trip). The pizza was delicious, and the pepperoni were extra crispy, just like we love them! There is a cute little street side dining section, right on Main Street; a comfortable and casual indoor dining section, and a wonderful homey, fairygarden-like back patio, where we joyfully sat and enjoyed our meal. I visited with my sons who were thrilled with the food and ambiance. The pizzas are huge and we had more than enough to eat, with plenty left over for lunch the next day. I highly recommend Rosalee's for a nice, casual evening out with family.
