Stay away from this SpringHill Suites.
The rooms and neat and clean and nicely furnished. But the walls are paper thin. I could not sleep in the night due to neighbors making noises. Simple things like talking, TV, and closing doors makes an impact and noises are audible.
The pillows seemed feather/ down which are way too soft.
The air-conditioner seems to have been cleverly tweaked so that it does not turn on frequently. It seemed to wait for 3-4 degrees shift from set point before coming on. By that time it is already uncomfortable, and one has to get up repeatedly to fiddle with the thermostat on the wall.
I have stayed at several SpringHill suites in other cities and the breakfast is typically much nicer. There is not even peanut butter or jelly!
In summary, I will never stay here.

Pretty good hotel. Stayed for 4 nights. Room was clean and staff was friendly which these two elements are the most important thing in a hotel and the rest is minor. Fitness center was pretty well equipped for a hotel gym.
The air conditioner was finicky as it seemed to like resetting itself to 75 degrees in the morning from the 73 degrees I would keep it at night. It was probably because it has a motion detector turning it off in the middle of the night.
The room door had a large gap at the bottom which made it a little uncomfortable so I moved the ottoman in front of the door at night.
The cleaning schedule of every other day worked well for me as I only really needed the trash taken out. The bed being made was a pleasant surprise.
It is a good walking distance from a few chain restaurants. Maybe a quarter to half mile away.

Air conditioner was very loud and didn't come on when it got hot in the room 333. Cupboards at sink for no glasses to use for drinks or coffee. Other than that was a nice place.

We booked this hotel through Priceline on 8/3, and paid for the room (with no cancellations or changes). Upon arrival 9/16, we were told that our booking was cancelled on the same day that we were arriving. I had rec'd a prior confirmation of our booking 2 days prior. The employee said that she had not canceled it but put the blame on Priceline. She then told us that she had no room for us, as they were full. This was very disappointing and disheartening. We were visiting for the Buffs game and celebrating my 50th birthday. At this point, we had to scramble to book at another hotel and also had to pay for another hotel. Later on realizing that Priceline had in fact, NOT cancelled our room and that the hotel must have overbooked and decided to cancel us. After finding this out, we were now stuck paying for 2 rooms!! I recommend that you DO NOT book here due to the fact that you cannot trust that they will keep your reservation. They may decide to reserve your room to someone else for a higher rate and for their gain. This is not good customer service or a good way of doing business. But apparently, our NOT staying at this hotel was a blessing in disguise, since I had read that other guests here did not have an enjoyable stay. I read that it was dirty, noisy and not pleasant. I still wanted to write this review to warn others that might use Priceline, and be told that they cancel you. Priceline does not do that without informing their customer. I have used them for years and never had an issue. Or maybe your considering using this hotel? Have a back up plan, in the event they decide to do the same thing to you. Sadly, you won't have an argument if they tell you their rooms are all booked up.

Hotel interior has been renovated to a contemporary look. Friendly staffs and the daily complimentary breakfast bar is very decent. Location is among many other hotels and very close to the restaurants. Boulder is less than half an hour away and Rocky Mountain National Park is less than an hour away. We stayed for three nights as every hotel in Boulder was so expensive in August before CU starts new semester. The only reason I gave 4 star instead of 5 for location was the railroad nearby. If you are a light sleeper you may be woken up by the trains passing by at night. Could ask to get a room with even # so that you will be on the other side of the building.
