Nice hotel but the photos show a hot tub and that was part of the reason I choose this hotel over others. The area of that photo exists but no hot tub. Seems like it was either photo shopped in or filled. Either way that photo should be taken down because it is deceiving.
Good hotel but has a very small mini fridge for a two bedroom. Other then that the building is currently under construction so the gym and dining area is off limits, they do have breakfast. It is also close to shopping area.
Our first stay here was decent so we decided to stay here again the second time was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a hotel in my life. First off the hotels under construction which wasn't horrible until they started banging in the rooms right below ours all day non-stop front desk did nothing about it. The manager who checked us in could not look up our rewards account for some reason even though they found it at the same exact hotel last time we stayed there. The manager also wrote down on our key that breakfast was from 6:00 to 10:00 which it was not It was fully broken down at 8:00. He said it was his mistake they only do till 10:00 on the weekends Does he not know what day it is? Our state was on Valentine's Day when we woke up in the morning our tires and several other people's tires were slashed in the parking lot brought it up to the manager the only thing he could do was point out that there are signs the parking lot that say "park at your own risk" He's standing for me they have no cameras What kind of hotel has no cameras? After calling the police they took a report but they said this has been happening quite frequently at that hotel so there's probably nothing going to happen they haven't caught anybody slashing tires there yet. The tire shop that repaired our tires said they get slashed tires from SpringHill suites almost every week. We will never stay at this hotel again and recommend nobody else stay here unless you don't mind dealing with the slash tire in the morning and a manager that doesn't seem to care about The guests stay at his property. This experience has also put an unpleasant distrust for Marriott as a whole for someone who is trusted them for years.
The room is clean and fresh. The braakfast is very good. The staff are friendly and courteous.
Excellent location if you plan on visiting Boulder. All hotels were booked but this one due to parents night. It was very clean, we had a studio with a great view! It was actually the perfect size for two people if you plan on staying a weekend. The breakfast great! & I appreciate how clean it was! I would definitely recommend this hotel!
