    It was a rainy day with a packed drive through. There were four patrons inside the shop, and two cops sitting by the front door drinking coffee. I came inside in an attempt to get faster service as a walk in. I ended up waiting for the four or five cars in the drive through before I got my drink. I ordered one chai. They have the drive through nailed just not the in-store customer service. That's the third time I've been inside this location.

    Absolutely most unfriendly Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Asked the person taking my order how they were doing and received a snappy “fine- what can I get you”. Came back up to get a cookie and when I asked for it to be warmed up when she tried to hand to me- she responded that I need to ask for that when ordering next time. Hope you were just having a bad day, but you do realize your job requires basic customer service.

    Decided to stop for a quick shaken espresso for myself and a cake pop for my kid after school as a treat. Tall curly-haired fellow working bar needs a class on service. It’s not the customer’s fault your store is understaffed. I witnessed him be short-tempered with several customers in the 10 minutes I was in the store. Will not be coming back.

    Changing my earlier review out of fairness. Since I reviewed 2 months ago, I've gone in once to see if there was any change. Customer service was much better, I'm not seeing the faces I saw before, who could have not cared less that you were spending money in the establishment, and the atmosphere looks like a Coffee Shop instead of a fraternity house. Haven't seen the 3pm staff meeting lately, but that doesn't mean it's not happening. Please allow mobile orders to pick up their orders in shop vice waiting in the drive thru if you're having a staff meeting during rush hour. Lock the front door, and open the side door next to the Mobile Order counter. My .02.

    This store does not update hours on the Starbucks mobile app or Google. I've ordered drinks on the mobile app several times between 5 and 5:30 AM, when this location was supposed to be open, only to arrive and learn they are opening late. My mobile order was accepted, because they didn't update their hours in the app, but the order wasn't actually completed until they opened an hour late, at 6 AM. Today my mobile order was accepted at 5:20 AM even though the store didn't open until 6 AM. When I arrived, myself and multiple other customers were waiting for our mobile orders. There were three young women inside that were preparing the store for the day, and deliberately ignoring us. When we used body language in an attempt to ask when the store was supposed to open (there was no sign posted to alert us to a delay), they completely ignored us. When the store finally opened and I asked why they hadn't posted a sign or told their waiting customers they were going to open late, an apathetic teenager (who claimed to be the manager on duty) said that it "should have been obvious that the lights were off, and that they were closed." This statement was factually incorrect, as many lights inside the store were on prior to when they decided to open at 6 AM. In summary: this store does not update their hours on any online platform, and in these situations I have found the morning baristas to be deliberately rude to customers.
