Great location. Mostly friendly staff. The volume has grown in one year, very crowded space now. Sitll a great location.

As a new transplant in Colorado, I took an immediate interest in Longmont! While researching the area, I found my favorite place to work remote from STARBUCKS! I love this location.
Well designed space and excellent location! Already a favorite in my local list.
Staff is awesome! I do not know them, but these is one of the best examples of a team that love what they do. Great attitude, which brings a great vibe to this location.

The iced coffee tastes different every day I try it. Sometimes I'll be given a coffee that's so watered down it's light brown and transparent. There's a lack of consistency and quality and for over 4$ for a grande cup of black iced coffee it's become a location I've started frequenting far less.
As a warning, especially over the weekends and in the mornings it can take a long time. However, the baristas are all friendly and wonderful and working hard. Starbucks corporate needs to start allowing more hours. A drive thru Cafe needs to have more staff; I think that's what's causing the issues.

The usual Starbucks 🙄 all are the same nothing extra to get excited about. Which is a good thing bc you can count on Starbucks to provide what you know no matter were your are! It will be nice if they had offers like you buy 10 coffees the 11th is free and for those they are staying free refills like all other coffee shops.

Stopped in the afternoon, there were a lot of employees but nobody really doing anything. No one greeted the gentleman in front of us for over 5 mins. Our order of 3 coffees took at least 15 mins. Employees were chatting with each other through the headsets.

The supervisor girl was super mean with me and my dog, which was barking a little… she say that my dog was “without control” and “jumping to people”…. Which it was not true. She was barking a little …. But not to get to that point to kick me out of the place. She was really not nice and very arrogant. She didn’t provide me more information or service and treat me like a treat, like if I was a danger because i touch her arm. I really felt discriminated, judged, nonhuman and feel her bad reaction against me. When the only thing I wanted was a coffee and sit and eat my breakfast with my dog. Starbucks lost a client today because of his hypocrites norms and non dog-friendly policies. Specially the way to treat people and kick them only to bring a dog, and make them not feel welcoming or even human people.
