Once I was picking up for my sister and I grabbed the coffee with her name only to find out she didn't order it through the app due to lack of internet. So as I went back in I explained my error to the employees and they weren't mad or rude in the least even though they had to remake the drinks. They are fast and kind and they are one of the better Starbucks in the area.

Great espresso frappe, but this review is about the Barista. Michelle was polite, efficient, and kind. She did her job perfectly and it was very much appreciated on a day that I was in a rush and having a bad day. She literally made the rest of my day! Thanks again to Michelle for being such a wonderful person.

The staff are freindy and do what they can BUT this starbucks sucks. I use the app to get my reward stars and have my card attached and all. This store will not take payment from my card becouse its a QR code they will only use the barcode one that requires $25 upload incruments. When you dont have $25 to load to the app and want your coffee they have no way to scan to give you your rewards. They also will not let you purchuse merchandise with stars here. Waste of space in this kings soupers where personally I would rather see the floral department expanded. I cant wait for the 29th when my store is open again.

I was here yesterday. 1 customer in front of me. 1 barista who was clearly to old to be working there. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting to at least be acknowledged by the staff. But this freaking customer kept making the barista stop making his drink because he kept continuously ask for food samples. I just ended walking away. I would have stayed if the employee would have said something to the effect "I'll be right with you ma'am" but I all got was a few looks and nothing else.

Came in tonight and ordered a strawberry açaí refresher with coconut milk and never got coconut milk, also ordered a shaken espresso and it was never shaken. Lady at counter was also rude
