*10-7-23 Had the special half rack of ribs and fries for $10 good deal. $4 happy hour drinks. Was great service. 3.5 ⭐ Waitress Was friendly but took a Long time to get food. Then I ordered his Burger with no onions or pickles it had both! No biggie we took them off. My wings could of been cooked longer Was mushy. The $4 happy hour drinks Was The Best part. Maybe they just had a off night or short staffed.

I want to be clear that the low stars for service is for the manager of the establishment. I felt so bad for everyone else in the restaurant that was working hard to help customers, and then you see the manager that instead of helping people that were coming in to pick up their to go orders she decides just to stand at the bar and speak to, what I’m guessing is a friend she knows. The bartender was very nice and kept trying to find someone that would be able to help me, while she just stood there, and stared at me without offering to help. If anything, I think the bartender should be the one who is in charge of the restaurant when he’s paying more attention than she was, mind you, he had a full bar

Jack Daniel's burger is still as good as ever. I don't like chain restaurants, although I'm not anything like the lady who doesn't want to go to Cheesecake Factory. Some chains are decent, the kids had never been to a Friday's so,we wanted them to try it. They enjoyed it as well. We all enjoyed burgers and fries. Mozzarella sticks, chips, and salsa to start. Service was good. Attentive. Atmosphere from where we were sat wasn't great. One TV, and they didn't even have the World Series on until it was in the 6th inning. No other sports were really on. Oh well.

Recently went to this location , only time since my previous review and was ready to leave another 3 stars, however the location doesn't deserve a low rating perhaps due to 1 individual or lack of personnel most businesses are currently having. Anyways, everyone enjoyed their meal, food was great even though we had to order sides of bread sticks , as mentioned before I would expect these meals to come with bread given the size of portions but sems very few do, so ordering sides of bread steaks is an alternate solution. We came during day hrs, upon entering there was nobody in front, sees person in charge was walking around chatting, I wasn't aware it was only that individual in front but there was bit 1 table which were getting ready to leave. 2ndnthe benches on entry were not clean , had some dirt or crumbs . The rest of aprry and we still waited a few mi utes before being acknowledged and finally getting a booth. The waitress perhaps indifferent, frustrate or distracted not caring didn't seem too excited to be there. After ordering food didn't take long maybe 15-20 min. So besides our host and waitress which was same individual but there were no customers in dining area, food was well cooked. Old review: First time ever visiting this location and ordered to go. I thought was good service but portions was quite small mash scoops and even veggies. I Ordered shrimp and chicken sizzle. Had no roll or some type of bread to go along. For $16+ dish expected more;taste wise was good. I had their burgers at others locations and theyre good. I was not given utensils with my order either it was around 9pm TGD.

Im sure they know this is coming. I did pick up for $160 worth of food on Christmas. We live 20 mins away. Got home and was missing over half my order... my kids food specifically. The Mgr told me they were crazy busy and that wasnt any excuse... because its not. Now i spent over 1.5 hrs away from my family on Christmas... and didnt get to eat with them and had cold food of my own. And all i got was 2 free appitizer cards for the 1.5 hrs of my time a quarter tank of gas and missing christmas dinner with half my family. Do your market research and find out staffing needs if your the inly olace that will be open staff appropriately, if you cant staff appropriately then dont open. Bad form guys, bad form.
