It was a Sunday afternoon. No one greeted us at the door. Right away I thought they must be shorthanded which they were. The service and ambience was good.
The ribs are always good. The side salad was a nice size. I had the simply salmon. The flavor was great but it was cooked dry. Some people don't understand that you must let the Salmon and rest because it will continue to cook. The menus said it came with rice pilaf and I got white rice with some colorful peppers in it.
Evidently the manager didn't know the difference and offered to replace it for me with another side. I got the loaded mashed potatoes and they were really good. Everything was served hot!
I always loved the salmon dinner, so next time I go in I will just have them cook it medium rare and it will come out just right.

Food is what it is, good American grub.
Got some burgers, tasty apps, the lady got some drinks and we had a great time. Friday night staff is where it’s at, we went late but were treated like we were the first of the night. Cool waitress with a chill attitude and a great level of detail, didn’t get a name but they had sweet hair and cool style, they helped pick the drinks and made sure we never went without what we needed. Thank you and we’ll return soon.

I’m impressed with this place. It functions as a privately owned establishment, in that it takes pride in its product, and still has that recognizable name and local feel. The service is its best appeal, honestly - it’s what I come here for. And the food is always on point too. Servers, bartenders, cooks and management are a genuine pleasure to interact with. 10/10 will do this again.

Was there before the 'supper rush' on a Thursday. We were seated in the bar area; the rest of the restaurant was pretty much empty. Server was okay, but food took extremely long to get to our table. Table that was seated after us received their order before us. Took approximately 40 minutes for our food to arrive. "Shift change" was the reason for our food taking as long as it was.
Both chicken entrees we ordered were dry (husband had the grilled BBQ chicken), and the chicken in the chicken cheese tortellini (what I had) was hardly noticeable (maybe 3 or 4 bite sized pieces). Not the kind of meals I would spend what we did. Thought we would give them another try after not visiting one in years, and no improvement from years ago.
Not returning.

Best meal I had while in Colorado. Food was good, service was ok. Dinner was.loads better than at the Hilton where I was staying.
