Great service and had an amazing dinner with friends.Came in 1-2 hrs until it closed and everything came out wonderful.
Ordered the charcuterie to start, everything was fresh, the jam, cheese, and bread all went perfect together.
I had the filet and it was DELICIOUS. Cooked perfect and seasoned excellent.
My buddy got the rack of lamb and I stole one, it was also very very tasty.
When I am in town, I will be back!

It makes me sad to see bad reviews. Went here for the first time tonight and it was awesome! Our waiter was attentive and the food was wonderful. The edible flowers on our appetizers made them almost too pretty to eat. We both had a smoking cocktail and the novelty of it will have me as a return guest. Each dish we had was fresh and tasty. Give this place a chance. The ghost stories are a fun bonus if you like that sort of thing. I was fascinated and had goosebumps hearing the stories. I'll definitely be back.

Our waiter was good, but the only waiter working brunch so he was busy and unable to check in during our meal. Food was mixed, the prime benedict and the salmon benedict were both good and ample portions. The chicken and waffles was less than appealing both visually and taste. The chicken was over cooked to the point of having a jerky like texture.

TL;DR: First visit here, raw, unseasoned food served, still had to pay for the over-priced wine.
This was honestly our WORST dining experience EVER. And I don't say that lightly. We made a reservation for a nice evening out, chose Dickens to try a new-to-us place over Martini's (a tried and true favorite), got there right on time. No one was at the reception desk to greet us. Weird. It was a solid 5 minutes before we were greeted and seated. We had high hopes as we walked to our table: busy, happy seeming guests, nice aesthetics, and cozy! We quickly knew what we wanted to order, and within 10-15 minutes we placed our order. We still had no water though. Our (overpriced) wine came, and we asked a third time for water and it promptly was delivered. We heard from staff and whispers that their electronic system was down and things were getting backed up, but we remained hopeful. Time goes by, and the people at the table next to us complained to the manager about the poor quality of their food. My husband and I got a little worried as we were fairly certain they had ordered the same food we did, filet mignon (medium rare) and prime rib (medium rare). After waiting rather patiently for AN HOUR, our food FINALLY came, covered in not-so-fresh flowers. Even the waitress commented on the garden on my husband's steak. The filet mignon appeared over-cooked, but when I tried to cut into it, we found it was raw raw RAW in the center! Completely inedible! My husband’s steak was also quite rare, but not as bad as mine. The asparagus we were served on the side was almost definitely canned and not fresh. Additionally, nothing was seasoned and the baked potato didn't come with any toppings or butter even. Rightfully they didn't charge us for the food, but then they charged us for the wine. We still left a decent tip, but largely only because their system I assume, had the pre-calculated tips at double what they should be and we didn't catch it. Paid a $15 tip on a $37 bill on accident. Won't be going back here again.

My first time here. The service was excellent. And the restaurant clean. The wait staff helpful.
We ordered two prime rib dinners. Cooked to order.
Crab cakes were delicious.
The general manager came by to check on us.
I’ll definitely be back.
