I always enjoy eating here. The food tastes fresh. The staff has always been nice. The restaurant is clean, seems like someone is always wiping a table or sweeping. I would recommend having the Poke bowl.
First, let me say that THERE IS NO DRIVE THROUGH! I don't know why that is tagged, nor why one of the reviews mentions a drive through. I believe it has curb-side delivery, but there's no drive-through window. That said, I normally get either the large steak bowl (with extra steak) or the large, white meat chicken bowl (with extra chicken), both with extra yellow curry sauce. (One covers half a bowl in my experience.) The gyoza is not bad either. I love it and to date, no screw ups. When I'm doing low carb, they even sell steak or chicken in bulk, which is really great for when I can't cook, but need something quick.
Low carb, high protein, and lots of fresh, crisp vegetables!! I like being able to get carbs added when I need them and stay low carb when I don’t. Great flavor rather way you go!!
Ridiculous experience. Waited forever for my to go bowl when I was the only person in the restaurant. People were not coming in for pick up orders. The employees were just chatting and messing around. Then I get home and my sauce cap wasn’t secured and now I have a mess and no sauce. Solid work.
Food's great, but please work on communication. I always order online, arrive at the store and tell someone by the register my last name and that I have an online order. It's a roll of the dice if someone is going to remember or communicate with each other that I'm waiting on my order. There have been many times where I come in, tell someone I'm there to pickup an online order and they say "It's coming right up!" and then never check back in. I wait for 15-20 minutes, see multiple orders get finished, the shelf behind the counter is filled with orders and nobody calls them out to waiting customers and I won't get my food unless I go back up there, hope to get someone's attention and ask again. Some kind of check-in/waiting system/better communication would be great for online orders because I should not have to go bother the people at the register 2-3 times to ask if my order is ready yet when half the time it's just been sitting there and the person I checked in with just forgot.
