Food was delicious! We ate dinner on the patio and the weather was perfect. You must try the banana creme brule. Staff was very friendly. Will be back with friends.

Glad we spotted this place last minute, they were able to get us in in a timely manner and the service was wonderful. Mike was our server, very knowledgeable and good conversation. Food is made by the owners and it was incredible, you can tell the care what their food tastes/looks like ! Definitely will be coming back

Very pleased with the experience here. Gone a handful of times and every visit has included good service and well executed food. Patio seating is very pleasant and far enough from main that the noise levels are acceptable.
There's a regular menu that's a bit limited, but I generally will visit for the fish specials, which so far have been really good. It's amazing that there's not another restaurant in town I've been to that can execute cooking fish. It's either over or under. I appreciate the attention to detail at Tortugas in their execution. A +1 for the plantain chips as well.
Although I know the rice and beans are a staple that's easy to serve up consistently, I'd like to see other options for sides, especially with the fish specials. They can come off as an afterthought rather than being an integral part of the plate. Will return again.

We come here 3 to 6 times a year. It's nice to be recognized. Service is always cheerful. Even tho seating inside is limited, it still does get pretty loud for holding a conversation at your table. Nevertheless, it is a charming place. We had drinks, appetizers, and desserts for about $55/person, including tip.
