NEVER stay in this rip off of a hotel!!!!!
From the moment I got to the property it was a total bust.
Rooms are EXTREMELY dated
Staff is extremely lost
The absolute worst part is the room was dirty. Spaghetti stains on the floor, human hair in the beds, stains in enough places you’ll question where you sleep.
It’s extremely cheap for a reason.
I drove 27 hours with three children to have people stomping all night long.
After addressing staff they said they’ll handle it but that just turned into walking to the front desk multiple times to inform them of what they have already been told.
Again DO NOT BOOK!!!

It was nothing fancy. The whole place was a bit dated and the hallway when you walk in smells like cigarettes, even though there are no smoking signs everywhere. The hotel sits next to a trailer park and storage facility so don't expect anything scenic. The parking lot was very small and full. One of the vehicles in the lot was a truck that looks like it has been there a while, missing a wheel with weeds growing around it. We had reservations and arrived close to 1am. We were able to do a late check-in with no problem. The staff at the desk seemed perfectly nice. The room was old and dated but everything seemed reasonably clean. The next morning a man knocked on our door and asked my husband if he knew Melissa. We have no idea what that was about, or if the guy worked there or was a guest, but later saw him hanging around outside. It could have been unrelated but there was also a Sheriff's car outside briefly. The breakfast consisted of Sunny D, granola bars, and prepackaged muffins. Overall, it was just okay. Maybe three stars is generous but it met our needs for the night with a clean bed and a hot shower for a fairly reasonable price. I wouldn't plan on staying here again unless I had to, however with a big Highland Festival going on in Estes Park and it being wedding season, this was the only affordable option left between Denver and Estes Park.

Budget hotel convenient for the RMNP. The bathroom was tiny, so tiny that the sink was in the room! A light switch was broken as well. Reasonably clean though and value for money.
